At Nuwexa, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident with every purchase. While we maintain strict quality standards, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for your convenience.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for selected products only.

Please note:

  • Perfumes and beauty creams are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • All other products (such as gadgets, fashion items, or home décor) can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A purchase receipt or order number must be provided.
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we’ll cover the full return cost.
  • If the customer wishes to return for any other reason (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), a AED 15 return charge will apply.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit if preferred.
