2. Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes! We deliver to all seven Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

3. How long will delivery take?

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: Same day or Next day (business days)
  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain: 1-2 business days
    You’ll receive a message with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. What are the delivery charges?

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 49
  • AED 15 delivery fee for orders below AED 49

5. Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, but only for selected items:

  • Perfumes and beauty creams are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • All other products can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.

7. How do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.

8. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

9. Why can’t I return perfumes or beauty creams?

For safety and hygiene reasons, once opened or used, these items cannot be resold. That’s why returns for these categories are not accepted, unless the product arrived damaged.
